Excited to announce our next incredible aerialist and guest instructor coming to Tribe:

The one and only: Aisling Ní Cheallaigh

If you love to spin and spiral through the air then have your antiemetics and join Aisling for an exploration of spinning choreography this June at Tribe! In their workshop Tiny Tornado they will be teaching spinning technique as well as their own original choreography.

The classes offered in Tribe are stellar because they cater for kids and adults with varying abilities. I began training with the Tribe crew two years ago and I’ve only had positive interactions with any of the team and have enjoyed every class! There is a lovely non-competitive atmosphere around the entire studio and it definitely is the most “doesn’t feel like exercise” exercise I’ve ever done.

Tribe is my happy place. It has a wonderful atmosphere and the support provided by all the instructors and students is what makes it special. I started going to tribe to get fit and through tribe I gained new friends, a hobby and a second home!

Tribe is home I joined this studio about 4 years ago after jumping from a few other studios. I was nervous as Lisette is a world champ but she is such a great cheerleader for her instructors and students (and so damn strong!). All the instructors at Tribe are amazing, supportive and encouraging. The atmosphere in classes are always fun, engaging and inclusive. I really love my Tribe family so much and appreciate a space where I can be me and feel confident with the safe environment created at this studio.
